Third Congress of the World League for Sexual Reform

This congress, organized by Dora Russell and Norman Haire, took place in London in 1929. Its goals were to advocate for "sexual reform" issues such as marriage reform, birth control, women's rights, eugenics, and sex education (Crozier 20).
