Secrets of Nature was a film series produced by British Instructional Films. The films were eight to twelve minutes in length and depicted creatures such as newts, bees, cuckoos, owls, and aphids, along with plants such as moss, peas, and dodder. The films combined entertainment and education, and were popular among elite and ordinary audiences.
